1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, feel free to contact our customer service team for clarification.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard 3–4 business days for delivery within the United States
Custom/ Made to order 5-10 days for delivery within the United States
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, the weight of your items, and the chosen shipping method. You will be provided with the shipping options and associated costs before completing your purchase.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be advertised on our homepage or through email newsletters.
4. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship it within 5 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on weekdays or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at Dreammystical.llc@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address provided during checkout.
7. International Orders
For international shipments, please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. Changes to Your Order
Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to modify the shipping method or delivery address. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
